Job Description:

An Android Engineer is needed for a healthcare technology company on a mission to bring those with chronic pain conditions better life-long care to manage their illnesses.  This organization is connected with a mixture of tele-health and in-person care, as well as most insurance companies.  You’ll have a large impact on their consumer suite of products that connect patients with new and existing care options, as well as a suite of therapeutic tools including AI-powered technology for physical therapy.  


This company is international, and has been operating for over five years, with 120M in Series C Funding. They have proprietary technology Artificial Intelligence technology, and a suite of consumer and business products that help small businesses grow and scale their business. This organization wants to help empower businesses to spend the most time on their business craft.


Required Skills:

  • Three Plus Years’ as an Android Engineer

  • Mid -Level or Senior-Level Android Developer

  • Kotlin Expertise, feature engineering in Kotlin 

  • Reactive Programming within Java (RxJava)

  • Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flows

  • Computer Science or Related Degree

  • Contributions to Architecture 

  • Leading first lines of code on new features within Kotlin 

  • Collaborate with other Android Engineers on your teams

  • Java and Kotlin Expertise, Fundamentals, and understanding of Complex Problems

  • Ability to work remotely from the West Coast (Arizona, California, Nevada, Washington, or Oregon)

Desired Skills:

  • Computer Science Degree, or equivalent

  • Cloud Application Exposure
