Job Description:

This stable and large-organization is growing their iOS Engineering Team due to an acquisition of new applications, and a need for new feature engineering on existing applications. You'll need to be an expert with Swift Programming Language, and possess a minimum of 5 - 8 recent years' experience in iOS Development.  This organization requires a Computer Science Degree, or related field.  You'll be working on the Consumer Apps team, comprised of bright driven iOS Engineers. You'll be able to work remotely for now, and partially on-site in the Seattle or San Francisco Offices, when safe to do so.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience creating consumer applications with well-known companies, or for applications with a large user-base. You'll need to be able to write and test/maintain scalable code, and work in a Microservices Environment. You'll work with a greater engineering team comprised of Android, Frontend, and Full Stack Engineers; however, your day-to-day will be spent with your direct Consumer Apps iOS Team.  

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of Five (5) Years' Experience as an iOS Engineer
  • Expertise with Swift, and related frameworks (Cocoa Touch, RxSwift, and Mova)
  • Diverse Experience with Consumer Applicaitons
  • Proven Delivery of Features and Applications to the Apple App Store
  • Ability to create testable code with Unit Testing / Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills, backed by mathematics and computer science principles
  • Degree in Computer Science or Related Field (Computer Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or Applied Mathematics)
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Technical Experience in the Real Estate Space
  • Marketplace App Experience
  • Coming out of a well-known company with brand recognition
