Job Description

A world leading enterprise SAAS company who are market leaders are looking for a unique role of Senior Marketing Programs Manager/ Marketing Programs Director to join a growing team.

The role:

As the Senior Marketing Programs Manager/ Marketing Programs Director, you will be responsible for managing, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to drive enterprise revenue and lead targets. On any day, you will be involved with programs from a variety of disciplines – webcasts, podcasts, direct marketing, telemarketing, advertising and events. You will be the go-to person for maintaining a closed-loop marketing database within and using Eloqua to equip the sales force with a strong leads pipeline. You will also use Eloqua to continually improve the pipeline and optimize marketing efficiencies and expenditures.

You will work closely with colleagues in sales, product marketing, product management, partner organizations and outside vendors to develop programs and all associated deliverables to make those programs a success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish program marketing mix to attain enterprise lead targets (incl. CPQL) and revenue goals; designing program components, deliverables, offers, metrics, timing and flow.

  • Drive program efficiencies based upon performance & ROI metrics; apply marketing intelligence to optimize programs accordingly and establish prospect profile(s).

  • Own program content development; determine content topics, work with customers, internal and external resources to develop content and produce program deliverables.

  • Recommend and manage third-party direct marketing resources (list building, advertising, media, etc.) to build our house list and drive leads.

  • Supervise day-to-day project management of marketing programs to ensure work is executed against approved program objectives, requirements and timing.

  • Maintain and enhance closed-loop marketing database utilizing and Eloqua.

  • Oversee online advertising/keyword buys and ROI analysis, including creative development, media schedules, tracking and optimization.

  • Oversee lead touchpoints and implement automated campaigns in Eloqua to further qualify and nurture prospects (segmentation, drip campaigns, etc.)

  • Support lead generation event management; ensure events are executed according to performance and ROI objectives.

  • Manage team member responsible for marketing database; including database segmentation; maintain house & subscription lists, ensuring CAN-SPAM compliance.

  • Manage marketing programs team, including coaching and reviewing performance, as well as determining MBOs.

  • Administer marketing program budgets.



  • 7 years plus B2B marketing programs experience.

  • Deep analytical skills required; a thorough knowledge of and Excel are musts. Knowledge of Eloqua a plus.

  • A commitment to driving & demonstrating ROI.

  • Experience developing & implementing program measurement systems.

  • Proven ability to deliver compelling content that drives targeted prospects and leads.

  • A track record of successfully promoting commercial software, meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.

  • Direct marketing experience required in either a client or agency setting.

  • Strong project and vendor management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget.

  • Enterprise software preferred; intellectual property or e-commerce industry experience a plus. Experience marketing in international geographies preferred

  • Global marketing experience preferred

  • BS/BA required.
