Join this growing organization adding a Senior-Principal Level Android Engineer to their Mobile Engineering team. You’ll work on an application still in Beta, so you’ll have an incredible opportunity to work on all new development for a high-growth startup company founded in 2020. Just under 50 people, this company is on a mission to protect your personal data, and provide a suite of advanced consumer Privacy settings.

As a Senior - Principal Android Engineer, you’ll work in Kotlin and JetPack, as well as related frameworks. You’ll work on a small team of Mobile Engineers, so recent startup experience is a strong requirement. Work remotely and on-site 2 days a week in New York City.

Required Skills:

• L4 - L6 Android Engineer
• 5 - 10+ Years’ Experience in Mobile Engineering for Android OS
• Senior or Principal Level Android Engineer
• Senior Android Engineer, working in Kotlin-first environments
• Expertise in Kotlin
• Versatile Framework Experience: JetPack, Compose
• Desire to work on a small engineering team
• Ability to work hybrid schedule in the New York City (Downtown) Office
• Startup Experience
• Proven record of delivering applications to the PlayStore for Consumers
• Scalable coding experience for a large number of users
• Ability and experience to work remotely from the United States

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
• Security/ Privacy Consumer Connection App Experience
