We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Search Manager who has an exceptional track record in performance marketing within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) setting. You will be instrumental in driving our brand's growth and furthering our mission to revolutionize the wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to drive business growth and improve brand visibility.
- Test, analyze, and scale new marketing channels while ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain a robust marketing calendar that aligns with our business goals.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market, applying insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Uphold a deep understanding of our customers, keeping up with evolving trends, needs, and behaviors in the women's wellness industry.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of three years' experience managing SEM strategies for a DTC performance brand.
- At least one to two recent years at a high-growth, DTC, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) startup.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a readiness to undergo rigorous testing in these areas.
- Interest in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), even if no prior experience.
- Demonstrable ability to handle intimate women's health matters with sensitivity, respect, and confidence.
