As a Senior Technical Product Manager at, you'll lead us in bringing disruptive cloud-native security to market. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end success of new products and features that delight our customers and further our vision. You'll develop a deep understanding of the customer. You'll learn about our customers' operations, identify the most meaningful problems that we could solve for them, and develop a product vision that maximizes the impact we can make on the market. You develop your own point of view, but readily pivot when a better solution emerges, and view complex requirements as an opportunity to simplify. You have a bias for action, a great ability to partner, and a sense of ownership in your product. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of product features and enhancements; constantly refine priorities to ensure alignment with business needs

  • Communicate and manage priorities, requirements, plans, and project status with  key stakeholders throughout the organization

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative new consumer products combining data, design sense, and empathy towards our customers

  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  • Define success metrics for each initiative and ensure adequate instrumentation, measurement, and analysis to inform product evolution

  • Collaborate with engineering and design to plan, build, and launch features; facilitate communication, organization, and task management from concept through launch

  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management of enterprise

  • 5+ years of experience developing features or functionality requiring a high level of user-centric design and iteration

  • Experience with SQL 

  • Computer Science or related experience

  • Proven communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Passionate or have an interest in cybersecurity

 

Bonus:

  • Experience shipping infrastructure products

  • ML specific product experience 

  • Background in cybersecurity
