1.5B Valued Series B Consumer Rewards Program

Job Description:

This company is a B2C rewards program who's making a real impact on people by offering a rewards program that allows them to build a path toward home ownership. They are fostering growing partnerships with the largest real estate organizations to allow them to earn rewards just by paying rent. They also offer 1:1 point exchanges across airlines, hotel partners, top-class fitness studios, and limited art collectors items and home decor. 

The ideal candidate will have 4+ Years’ Experience in UI/UX or Web Design, and experience working on fine detail UI. You’ll also need expertise with prototyping and bringing low-fi wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Candidates will need to be local to New York City, and able to go into the office 3 times per week.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ Years’ Experience in UI/UX or Web Design
  • Ability to work on a small and growing design team
  • Heavy UI Design experience, and full spectrum UI/UX Experience
  • B2C Design Experience
  • Figma Experience and experience using Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience leading a rebranding/redesign of an application
  • Ability to work well with other experienced designers
  • Working with WebFlow to design websites
  • Ability and experience to work in the New York City office, 3x a week

Desired Skills:

  • Working on Payments Products / Fin-Tech Experience 
  • Animations UI Design
  • 3D Modeling Design 
  • Bachelors’ Degree or higher: Bachelors’ of Fine Arts (BFA), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or Computer Science

Competitive Salary: Up to $200K DOE (Bonus details below)
