Job Description

My client is a Technology Leader who help connect organizations with social Influencers. Due to rapid growth & investment of over $35million in Series B funding they are seeking a strong Customer Success professional to work with their largest clients. This role be based in San Francisco & will require 20% of travel across the US.


  • Heavily influence product strategy, engineering and other strategic priorities

  • Own Professional Services, Customer Success, Content Strategy, and Account management for a select few of our enterprise accounts

  • Customer On-boaOnboardingctivation

  • Leading the Annual Renewals program

  • NPS and Customer Health Scoring

  • Consulting and service delivery


  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success and Account Management in a subscription-based company

  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

  • Experience with social media and/or digital marketing technology

  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth

  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset

  • Ability to periodically travel to customer accounts

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree from a Marketing background.
