We have partnered with a leading Global SaaS firm in the midtown area as they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build out their NYC office. In this role, you will work independently and be responsible for overseeing HR duties and being hands on with sourcing, screening candidates as well as onboarding new hires. Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

  • Identify opportunities to build applicant pools through effective interviewing and testing

  • Administer a seamless onboarding process and ensure a positive new hire experience

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent

  • Create internal stakeholder communications to align with the strategy of the firm

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization

Qualifications of the HR Manager:

  • 4+ in TA/HR in the real estate or tech industry

  • Benefits knowledge/understanding is a plus!

  • Comfortable working independently and thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once

  • Results-driven achiever with a high degree of detail orientation
