As the Payments Account Manager Team Lead, you’ll have the chance to lead the conversation with our top merchants. You’ll be a key member of the team, working directly with our top users ensuring they are receiving the best service and support during their payments life cycle.

 

Requirements:

  • A people manager with 2+ years of experience in the payments or Fintech industry.

  • You’re obsessed with customer success, can empathize with customer needs and pains, passionate about creating great products, and skilled in researching and analyzing user needs, intents, and business cases.

  • You’re a team player and a self-starter who’s ready to shape a newly created team. 

  • You should be able to communicate and coach effectively with your excellent verbal and written English, and to solve problems for your team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team and work directly with user-facing teams (customer care, social, payments operations, etc), ensuring our merchants receive the best service and support

  • Work directly with our top users, learning more about their use cases and problems as you help them get more out of our product

  • Act as a senior point of contact and escalation point for our merchants

  • Communicate effectively within your team and across other departments such as Support, Marketing and Payments Operations

  • Using criteria and data tools, reach out proactively to the most at-risk clients regularly
