Technical Account Manager/Customer Success | SaaS Start-up | New York

We have an excellent opportunity with a SaaS start-up. Our client is growing rapidly in the US territory and are in need of technical account managers/customer success managers to help offer that next level of expertise to their ever increasing customer base! Their product is powered by powerful machine learning algorithms and AI offering their clients unique insights. They are rivalling huge players such as Splunk and AppDynamics. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data and product utilization to ensure customers are maximizing their potential
  • Act as a trusted advisor to colleagues and customers to drive product adoption, and ensure Customer Success Managers can leverage data driven solutions to measure product effectiveness. 
  • Utilize data and metrics to encourage customers to subscribe to additional modules to achieve the outcomes that they/other customers can realize. 
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to identify adoption metrics for each new/existing modules and ongoing utilization trends. 
  • Provide support to the Customer Success Managers to benchmark utilization best practices and expected success metrics. Work with internal stakeholders through the product development cycle. 
  • Support the Customer Success Leadership team to achieve exceptional customer experiences and a high NPS across multiple lines of business. 


Required Experience:

  • 5+ years Customer Success experience 
  • Advanced working experience in analyzing and Customer Success data / inputs 
  • Previous SaaS industry experience is preferred 
  • Proven success in the creation/identification of Customer Success metrics, along with the business acumen to present data in a digestible and visual friendly format 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational, project management & time management skills 
  • Strong relationships, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities 
  • Strategic thinking with a high sense of urgency to deliver solutions 

Salary up to $140,000 + bonus(up to $30k!)
