An opportunity for a has arisen in a forward thinking and dynamic company based in leafy Surrey, in Weybridge. This is an IT Security Managed Service company who are looking for a technical support / helpdesk support to help support their customers.
This is a pinicle role within the company to be part of a 24/7 support team and provide a good level of service to customers by supporting through any technical problems that may arise, this will mainly be done from their office over the telephone and email. The working hours for this role is 10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday.
- 2 plus years experience working in a support environment
- Experience supporting Security software such as Trend Micro, Juniper, Check Point, Websense / Forcepoint
- Excellent commication skills written and verbal
- Experience working in a customer facing role
