experienced and special leader for our rapidly growing Success team. Our foundations are in

quant-based marketing and we are looking for a motivated, confident and executive thinker to

elevate our process and approach as a world class customer success organization. An ideal

candidate has experience building and implementing complex systems, managing a robust team

to deliver KPIs, and has the vision for how to build a rapidly growing organization. You must

thrive at management, team development, and leading. You must be comfortable working

shoulder to shoulder with the company founders and other executives. The ideal candidate has

deep experience in the marketing software, advertising, or adjacent industries.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will lead our growing and high achieving CSM team to ensure we advance our mission of delivering the highest level services and continue to stand out as the clear thought leaders in a $45 billion market.

  • Bring your experience and focus to drive continuous improvement and excellence in our client onboarding and lifecycle management resulting in industry leading client satisfaction and revenue growth throughout our important customer base.

  • Improve upon and develop clear team and company KPIs and drive team to exceed each core target. We are a data driven company and work hard to develop both internal and external measurable KPIs. 

  • The CSM team is core in driving account retention and growth and you will play a critical role in helping the CSM team fully understand individual and team goals. Your team mission will be to help each team member have the best chance at meeting and exceeding personal and team goals.

  • You will act as the clear collaborative voice bridging customer feedback and product enhancement. We have an unwavering focus on continuous product and service improvement and you will be responsible for helping us understand client changing objectives and how they are valuing the services we provide in achieving these goals.

  • You will lead our mission to continually improve all aspects of account strategy and planning with a core focus on developing each CSM team member into strategy and planning experts. 

  • You will lead our internal cross department communication to insure we are 100% focused on exceeding client expectations.

  • You will create a sense of importance within the team ensuring each team member and the team collectively understand the critical role they play in our company and our client’s success. This will be achieved through communication, collaboration, and championing the importance of being a client focused organization.

  • You will work closely with our Operations team to ensure highest level communication and efficient and accurate process for executing client campaign and platform usage. There are many moving pieces associated with the delivery of quantitative marketing services and executional excellence is mission critical

  • You will help us plan for the future and develop team growth goals including hiring, structure, KPI setting, and workflow process to support our rapid growth plans.

 

Requirements 

  • BA/BS/MBA in Business related focus, Sales and/or Marketing

  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in similar industry Ideally you have experience

  • working with SaaS technology platforms and within the marketing technology, advertising, or agency world.

  • A minimum of 5+ years in hiring, training, and managing fast growth teams that consistently achieved their goals

  • Experience effectively managing teams to hit measurable KPIs

  • Proven track record for building and growing relationships with leadership teams at key clients.

  • Highly quantitative and expert experience analyzing data and communicating it with team members and gross departments.

  • Experienced at managing daily and quarterly action plans and forecasting revenue

  • Comfortable interacting with Executive Team

  • Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces.

Compensation

  • $170,000 Base

  • $221,000 OTE
