My client is a Series C startup with over $90M in funding. They offer a scalable, behaviour-based threat protection technology for the web, cloud, and mobile. They were ranked in the top 100 most promising AI companies in the world by CBInsights. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to hire a VP of Enterprise Sales.
As a VP of Sales you will:
- Lead an organization of 10+ Enterprise sellers
- Build a high velocity new logo engine
- Interact with Sales Operations to ensure forecast accuracy
- Determine and drive the global enterprise sales strategy to build and grow the companies presence and to achieve business targets.
- Leverage our current, outstanding sales team while also expanding and growing the team as part of our sales segmentation strategy.
- Drive strategic deals and accounts to six-figure and seven-figure deal victories
- Establish performance goal for each Enterprise sales person, coach and develop the team members to over perform their sales targets
- Demonstrated track record of overachieving against target in the Enterprise space
- A minimum of 7+ years Management/Leadership experience in SaaS (Cyber Security preferred) sales as well as creative history for developing salespeople
- Mastery of pipeline generation and qualification concepts
- Experience selling to E-commerce and web based companies, and willing to roll up your sleeves and sell and help teams close when needed
- Previous experience selling into DevOps
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
