A rapidly growing Retail Tech Startup are seeking a talented VP of Sales. Their platform uses machine learning / artificial intelligence algorithms to cross-sell bundles for leading retailers.
The VP of Sales will be working very closely and reporting into the CEO.
Role and Responsibilities The VP of Sales will focus on the following business;
- Owning and exceeding annual sales targets
- Develop and lead the entire sales process, including but not limited to strategy and account planning, deal sourcing, pipeline management, negotiation, deal structures and closing new business
- Attract, recruit, train and retain exceptional sales talent
- Define and report on metrics to measure performance of sales activities
- Working alongside CEO and growth roles, while serving on the leadership team to help shape our company’s direction
Skills and Experience:
- You have built a sales team at a Start-up in SaaS
- You have a track record of getting the most out of the teams that you manage
- 5+ years experience in the SMB Market is preferable
- Fluent English is a must
- Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, French or German is a huge bonus
- Office Based in Lisbon with frequent travel to London
- Flexible dependant on experience
