looking for an experienced and special leader for a rapidly growing Sales team. Their foundations are in quant-based marketing and we are looking for a motivated, confident and executive thinker to elevate our process and approach as a world class customer success organization. An ideal candidate has experience building and implementing complex systems to develop high achieving teams, managing a robust team to deliver against rapidly growing sales plans, and has the vision for how to build a rapidly growing organization. You must thrive at management, team development, and leading. You must be comfortable working shoulder to shoulder with the company founders and other executives. The ideal candidate has deep experience in growing and managing SaaS sales teams the marketing software, advertising, or industries.


What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in similar industry with a minimum of 5 years in building and managing fast growth teams

  • Instinct for building good team structure and hiring decisions with a track record of measurable team achievement.

  • Proven ability to manage team dynamics and interpersonal relationships through high output daily performance

  • Deep experience with budgeting and building forecasts

  • Experienced at managing daily and quarterly action plans

  • Analytical with an eye towards partner success. What does the data tell you and how do you use that to create actionable future campaign recommendations that drive performance wins.

  • Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces.

  • You pick up things fast and run with them


What You’ll Do

  • Manage a team of experienced Account Executives and SDRs

  • Become an expert on the the companies sales cycle and products to enable performance across the entire sales team and their pipelines

  • Drive the delivery of revenue including strategic and executional stages through the sales lifecycle of our clients

  • Develop and manage team to achieve core team and company KPI’s and revenue goals and quotas

  • Read between the lines. You will be working with stakeholders from various teams such as Operations, Success, Product, Finance, etc. and advocating for their clients and the CSM team needs

  • Support the Sales team to continue their reputation as industry leaders representing the business and platform

  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate internal and external relationships
