Treston joined the Intelletec team in the Summer of 2021 as a Principal Consultant for the Software Engineering Team. With over 6 years of recruiting experience and his eagerness to fill any job that comes across his desk, Treston brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Data, ML/AI, Hardware, Software Engineering, and Sales. He was raised and currently resides in Las Vegas, but has worked roles all across the US and EMEA for Tech companies at Pre-Seed to Post-IPO. Treston has also collaborated with companies in both Contingent and RPO recruiting models.When Treston is not recruiting, you will probably find his nose in a book, listening to a leadership podcast, or spending too much time on his mission to craft the perfect cup of coffee!
