Monday.com were looking to hire across multiple disciplines: Sales, Customer Success, as well as management and leadership roles. They were going through a period of significant growth and needed a partner who could deliver across all of these areas.
We proposed a contingent partnership for 12 months, and after moved Monday.com to our RPO model, as the client had aggressive hiring plans in early 2020. This solution saved the client 35% of fees in comparison to the traditional contingent model.
We had a team of 7 recruiters working on the RPO and one manager overseeing the project as well as conducting all 1st round interviews. Multiple placements were made under the model, with Intelletec integrated into the hiring process, taking over a large part of the initial candidate screening, the scheduling and coordination with hiring managers. Now post IPO - we have started to work with the team again!
