Natalie Oliver

Natalie joined the Intelletec team a year ago as a Principal Consultant on the Go-to-Market team. She brings over 5 years of executive level recruiting experience in the SaaS startup world with a heavy focus on Sales, Product, Customer Success and Marketing searches.  Her experience spans from Executive level searches to individual contributors at early stage startups in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. Born in Brighton, England but raised in the heart of central coast California, Natalie is a dual citizen and visits her UK family frequently… but not in the winter.

When she’s not headhunting, Natalie is having epic funk jam-band dance parties with her 2 year old daughter, volunteering in her community with local nonprofits, or making a late night craft cocktail (or three) with her husband!
