Olivia Bettison

Olivia joined the Intelletec team in Spring 2024, with a specialist background hiring for renewables and sustainability professionals. She relocated to San Diego in early 2023 after growing up in a small village in England and beginning her recruitment career in Bristol, UK.Using her genuine passion for the industry she has spoken on multiple panels at renewables conferences, as well as setting up an 'ESG Foundation' and running charity events. This attitude and interest has translated into forming long standing relationships with both her candidates and clients alike.

In her spare time you can find Olivia on a hiking trail, at the theatre or in a local wine bar where she will be telling some story about some of the travels she has been on across Europe and beyond..
