We started working with Affirm as they had a core focus on diversity hiring across underrepresented groups. We had instant success in building a more diverse pipeline of candidates than they had seen from other agencies. They quickly brought us on board to help across all other verticals. As Affirm's hiring and scaling plans grew, they wanted to work closer with us and explore an integrated model.
SOLUTION:
We were confident that we would deliver on their requirements due to our diverse network of candidates and our team’s genuine passion for diverse hiring. We initially proposed a contingent model, which later evolved into an RPO solution working in tandem with our dedicated delivery team. Over the course of 12+ months, we deployed six on-site recruiters and made multiple hires across both models—including several high-impact embedded engineers who played a critical role in scaling Affirm’s technical capabilities. Our efforts directly supported their ambitious hiring goals and long-term product initiatives.
