Working alongside companies like BILT Rewards, Extend, Mercor, and Turnkey, we’re supporting teams as they balance rapid AI innovation with responsible implementation, pairing automation with human expertise, and experimentation with scalable, production ready systems.
At Intelletec Energy, 2026 is already shaping up to be a pivotal year. We’ve kicked off new partnerships with leading power and infrastructure organizations, including Western Allied Mechanical, supporting the search for a Project Executive and Project Manager, and Babcock Power, where we’re partnering to identify their next Director of Power Engineering.
As demand for reliable, sustainable power accelerates, driven in part by AI infrastructure and data center growth,urgency continues to rise across the energy landscape. From nuclear and renewables to grid modernization and critical infrastructure, we’re excited to support companies building resilient, future ready energy solutions.
Beyond the work itself, 2026 is also about connection and culture. We started the year energized as we had our Kickoff event in Palm Springs, CA building on the momentum from recent industry events and team gatherings. Creating space for collaboration, alignment, and shared experiences remains core to how we grow as a global team.
