Theodore has been with Intelletec since 2017, he is from London originally, he brings over 6 years of experience in recruitment and a deep understanding of the energy industry. Theo thrives on finding the right professionals who can drive positive change and contribute to a sustainable future. His expertise lies in sourcing and placing candidates in various areas including renewable energy, clean technologies, oil and gas, and utilities and has successfully partnered with both established industry leaders and emerging startups, helping them build high-performing teams that can tackle complex energy challenges. Theo also specializes in niche sales and product roles across early to late stage startups as well as post-IPO companies. He is also responsible for business development and managing client relationships. Theodore lives just outside Tel Aviv with his wife and 2 children. He loves golf, Arsenal and good food!
