Our client, a 100% employee owned engineering, environmental and construction firm, is looking for a Regional Global Practice Manager for their Environmental Services practice.This is a senior leadership seat responsible for the strategic development and overall leadership of a regional global practice, including sales, revenue and income goals across market segments. The firm is employee owned with an ESOP alongside a 401(k) programme. Compensation is $145,000 to $535,000 depending on experience, qualifications and location, plus eligibility for a discretionary year end incentive bonus.Role & Responsibilities:- Own the strategic plan and profitable growth of the practice, including sales, revenue and income targets- Identify, develop and direct business strategies covering operations, marketing, pricing, sales and customer retention- Present monthly financial information to leadership, including schedules and budget forecasts- Ensure alignment and support of regional office staff development, quality control and resource coordination- Recruit, hire, develop and retain staff, and conduct performance evaluations for selected departments and direct reports- Initiate and direct proposal development and contract negotiations, and coordinate project planning across disciplinesSkills & Experience:- Senior leadership experience in environmental consulting or a related engineering practice- Proven ownership of business line financial performance including sales, revenue and income goals- Strong business development record with established client relationships- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across projects of all sizes from conception to completion- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information to staff, management and clients- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including Microsoft Project or equivalent
