Our client, a fast growing creator platform, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead and own large parts of the product from ideation through implementation.Their products serve millions of page views a day and are scaling toward billions. An AI native working style is a requirement rather than a nice to have: the engineering team uses AI coding assistants in production workflows, LLMs for planning and spec writing, and agentic tools to cut manual toil, and expects every engineer to work that way and raise the bar over time. Hybrid, three days a week in office in San Francisco or New York. Cash compensation is $180K to $230K depending on skills and experience.Role & Responsibilities:- Build and iterate on AI powered creator tools alongside AI PMs and ML engineers- Hold a real point of view on what AI can and cannot do inside a product- Lead frontend development with delightful UI and UX- Build products serving millions of page views a day and scale them toward billions- Create systems and understand how all the moving pieces interact- Scope solutions collaboratively in an ambiguous, fast moving environmentSkills & Experience:- AI tools are your default starting point, and you can speak concretely about how they changed your output in the last six months- Real production use of AI coding assistants, with opinions on where they help and where they break down- Comfortable using LLMs beyond code generation, for planning, spec writing, debugging and code review- Proficient in TypeScript for a React frontend, with Firebase familiarity a plus- Strong Python for the backend, with Flask familiarity a plus, plus SQL and Postgres- Customer centric mindset with empathy for creators, and experience at small, fast paced startups
