Our client, a fast-growing AI startup building workflow tools for institutional investors, is looking for a Product Designer to join their team.

This company is transforming how private markets firms, including private credit funds, commercial lenders, and PE shops, underwrite and deploy capital. Their platform uses AI to structure messy deal documents into clean, decision-ready insights. They’ve built a strong early product, and now need a Product Designer to help shape the next wave of user experience and interface design.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end design for key features, from research and ideation to polished UI
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define user flows and core interactions
- Create and maintain scalable design systems across the platform
- Contribute to overall product vision and roadmap decisions
- Champion usability and design quality in every release
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage, and testing
- Bring simplicity and clarity to data-heavy B2B workflows

Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally with SaaS or AI tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual execution and thoughtful problem solving
- Comfortable designing in ambiguity and moving fast without perfect inputs
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Interest in AI, financial workflows, or complex enterprise products
- Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus
