As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in scaling our data capabilities and shaping how data informs decisions across Product, Marketing, Growth, and Supply Chain. You’ll turn complex behavioral data into clear insights, build scalable analytics frameworks, and help embed a truly data-driven culture across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve our behavioral and retention analytics, from event tracking to cohort and churn analysis
• Build and maintain a unified customer view across the full lifecycle
• Develop scalable data models, dashboards, and self-serve analytics
• Partner with Product and Growth to optimize retention, CAC, and experimentation
• Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical data practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years in data/analytics roles, ideally in high-growth or subscription environments
• Strong experience with modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery/Snowflake, dbt, BI tools, event tracking)
• Deep expertise in retention, behavioral analytics, and experimentation
• Hands-on, strategic operator who can both execute and guide long-term data strategy
• Clear communicator who translates complex data into actionable insights
