As our Brand Director, your mission is to drive innovation in women's wellness by designing groundbreaking marketing initiatives for our scientifically-backed supplements. Leading marketing strategies across owned content, partnerships, and digital campaigns, you'll creatively enhance traffic to our online platforms. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop impactful narratives and messaging resonating with consumers, shaping the brand for relevant demographics.
• Deepen understanding of target consumers' mindsets, guiding empathetic and strategic campaign executions.
• Collaborate with marketing peers to define product brand identities, spanning packaging, ads, and digital resources.
• Oversee content creation across diverse channels - YouTube, Streaming, Social media, Podcasts, and more.
• Help define and consistently apply the company's voice across projects, ensuring a unified brand experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in conceptual, successful marketing campaigns within an agency or direct-to-consumer creative team, with a profound grasp of consumer-engaging storytelling.
• Proven record of diverse creative campaigns, highlighting various problem-solving approaches and impactful ideas across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication skills in varied styles, showcasing understanding of diverse audience communication tactics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members at all levels, ensuring projects align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
