As a PM, you’ll...
- deliver joyful products that are high quality, easy to use, and ship quickly
- craft clear product specs and roadmaps, prioritizing ruthlessly to maximize ROI and user impact
- set product goals that align with both users' success and the company's success, and measure the impact of shipped work against those goals
- remove obstacles to shipping and improving across product, design, engineering, customer success, and ops
- uncover insights through customer interviews, product usage data, unstructured feedback, and market research
- run low-cost, high-signal experiments to validate product hypotheses
- distill insights down to an effective product strategy that aligns the team
- continuously improve product hygiene, enabling everyone on the team to make sound product decisions
As an early product team member, you’ll also be key in shaping the product and design culture
You’d be an ideal fit if you:
- have at least 2 years of proven product management experience at a tech company
- can clearly describe the impact of past work you've owned and shipped
- get things done, are incredibly resourceful, and always have an ownership mindset
- have a technical background
- are fluent in data — whether that's writing SQL, scripting, or being a spreadsheet wizard
