They are growing quickly, and already have very strong traction across both legal and healthcare customers. \

This is a true founding role where you’ll own large parts of the product, make decisions that shape the architecture and culture, and ship work that directly moves revenue, customer experience, and their pace as a company.

They are scaling rapidly and want an Engineer who wants to build, break, and rebuild things until they are right.

What You'll Do:

● Build end-to-end product features their customers rely on every day

● Create internal tools that help the operations team move faster and smarter

● Work directly with users, understand their pain points, and ship improvements quickly

● Shape the technical roadmap and make foundational decisions alongside the founders

● Own large sections of the codebase: architecture, implementation, QA, and iteration

● Experiment with LLMs and design the workflows they power

● Improve reliability, speed, and automation across the entire platform
