They’re fixing that.Their platform uses AI agents, voice workflows, and browser automation to handle the entire revenue cycle — from intake to payment. The result: fewer denials, faster payments, less manual work, and real-time visibility that helps agencies scale with confidence.‍

What You'll Do:As a Founding Engineer, you’ll be a co-owner of the technical roadmap and help build afull-stack workflow automation company powered by AI agents.

You’ll work directly with the co-founders to:

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across the stack.Develop agentic systems that interact with EMRs, payer portals, and internal tools.
• Leverage LLMs and voice models to automate real-world workflows.
• Scale infrastructure that processes real dollars for healthcare providers.
• Shape engineering culture — tools, practices, and hiring from the ground up.You’ll also spend time with customers onsite, building deep subject matter expertise and turning user insights into product decisions.‍

What You'll Bring:

• Run “mini-hackathons” for fun just to try new tech.
• Believe in laughing often, even while solving serious problems.

  • Experience with healthcare, EMRs, billing, or RCM.
  • Background in browser automation (Playwright / Puppeteer / Selenium)
• Experience deploying LLMs or autonomous agents in production.

Base salary $160-200k + Up to 0.75% Equity
