Responsibilities:
- Drive research with intent to gain insights into their biggest pain points
- Develop a product vision, roadmap, and requirements
- Collaborate with a team of top engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and support agents to ship and maintain product features
- Create and own your success metrics
- Define MVP experiences, learn, and iterate based on customer feedback
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience designing and shipping impactful SaaS software experiences
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products that are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
- Deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity
- Passion for solving problems (large and small) -- you bring a design thinking mindset
