They are looking for an exceptional and seasoned Senior Product Manager to help define the roadmap and drive the implementation of new features that solve problems faced by customers trying to stay on top of their finances so they can reach their financial goals. This person thrives on changing the status quo, building innovative new features powered by data, and leading high-performing teams with a strong mission-driven culture. You will collaborate with a passionate team of developers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and customer success managers to build and maintain features that make the lives of customers easier and more productive.
Responsibilities:
- Drive research with intent to gain insights into their biggest pain points
- Develop a product vision, roadmap, and requirements
- Collaborate with a team of top engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and support agents to ship and maintain product features
- Create and own your success metrics
- Prioritize your team’s backlog and work across teams to drive work in other areas that deliver value
- Define MVP experiences, learn, and iterate based on customer feedback
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping impactful SaaS software experiences
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
- Demonstrated win-together attitude and personal integrity
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products that are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
- Deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity
- Passion for solving problems (large and small) -- you bring a design thinking mindset
- Capable of breaking down a big vision into actionable, bite-size milestones
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with concentrations in technology or business disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA preferred
- Interest in personal finance is a must. Experience with personal financial apps and tools is a huge plus
