The Role: Defining Technical Direction

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Software Engineer to significantly contribute to defining the company's technical roadmap and architecture. This is a high-impact, full-stack role that offers immense scope for ownership and influence within the early team.

What the Role Entails: (Core Responsibilities)

Architectural Leadership: Propose, champion, and lead new, complex projects across the full technology stack, guiding technical decisions that will scale the platform.

Feature Development: Design and build core features for a real-time, collaborative code review platform, integrating advanced functionality like social features.

Platform Expansion: Architect critical new systems focused on deep code understanding, robust CI/CD pipeline integrations, and sophisticated developer workflows.

Mentorship and Standards: Define technical frameworks and abstractions that increase developer velocity across the engineering organization, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
